We are a truly unique school, based within Evelina London Children’s Hospital, providing education for inpatients from Early Years through to Post-16. Whether a child is with us for a few days or a longer period, we ensure that learning continues in a way that meets their individual needs.

I am incredibly proud to lead Evelina Hospital School and to witness the exceptional work that takes place here every day. Our values of Caring, Ambitious and Inclusive are at the heart of everything we do, shaping the high-quality education and support we provide. By working closely with families, healthcare professionals, home schools and the local authority, our dedicated staff ensure that each child’s learning journey continues during their time in hospital. Together, we create a nurturing environment where every pupil feels valued, supported and empowered to achieve their full potential, regardless of the challenges they may be facing.

About us

Each week we teach a broad and balanced curriculum to between 60 and 80 pupils. We are a thriving school community that exists to educate children and young people who are patients at Evelina London Children’s Hospital.
